Challenge

Boldify is a DTC hair care brand that was focused heavily on Amazon sales. Boldify was ready to shift gears and focus more on their owned channels and website so they were able to collect customer data and own their customer base.

Solution

The Greenhouse partnered with Boldify to re-build its email program with a focus on both owned e-commerce (Shopify) and on converting Amazon sales into owned brand data. Our solution consisted of email flows and campaigns that were designed to collect and retain 3rd party purchasers.

Key Projects

  • Built 15+ email flows that were designed to take leads from the interest stage, to conversions, and ultimately drive repeat purchases.
  • Developed post-purchase flows for Amazon purchasers that were designed to collect 3rd party purchasers, drive repeat purchases, and promote cross-sell opportunities on Amazon.
  • Implemented a new popup and landing page to collect new leads for the brand.
  • Developed new campaign strategy and creatives to ensure customers were targeted with the right message, at the right time.
