Challenge

Fuego is a DTC dancing shoe brand that had yet to unlock the power of email marketing for their business. They were using mailchimp and had 1-2 flows set up before joining forces with The Greenhouse. They were about to launch some new and revolutionary products, along with conduct a rebrand, and they knew they needed to ramp up their email efforts to support these new initiatives.

Solution

Fuego partnered with The Greenhouse to help them increase their email campaign revenue and switch SMS platforms. We started with building out new segments and adding customer tags to split up the audience based on interests and RFM data. We then built an interest based campaign strategy that targeted customers with only the products/messaging that was related to their interests, leading to some great results.
