OXB is a DTC jewelry brand that specializes in handmade sweat-proof jewelry. Before joining forces with The Greenhouse, the business began scaling quickly and their small but mighty team was managing all channels in house. As they grew their traffic list through paid social, they realized they had challenges with displaying the brand in a beautiful way, and increasing conversions and retention.


OXB partnered with The Greenhouse for full service email and SMS support. We worked closely with their team to revamp all flow creatives and setups to optimize for conversions. We helped transition them to Attentive SMS for better deliverability and conversions. And we supported their overall marketing efforts with a campaign calendar for both online and in-store communications.
