McConnell’s is a DTC ice cream company that sells online, in retailers, and through their scoop shops. McConnell’s had a lot of marketing initiatives across all their channels and was managing all in-house. They were looking to partner with experts who were able to take projects off their plate and help them streamline their communication while hitting all their goals amongst multiple channels.


McConnell’s partnered with The Greenhouse due to our immense knowledge and experience in the F&B industry. Immediately they saw the value of having a team who was able to execute quickly and with high-quality work. We migrated their underperforming ESP to Klaviyo, and we focused on building a campaign calendar that included all their key initiatives such as new launches, subscription pushes, retail launches, in-store events, and more.
